Amendment to the Uniform Public Offense Code related to Hunting within the City 1  Recommend a Motion to: Adopt an ordinance amending Sec. 10.5 of the 2013 UPOC to prohibit the hunting or taking of wildlife within the Derby City Limits. 8. B. Planning Commission Appointment Recommend a Motion to: Approve the Mayor's appointment of Larry Gould to the Planning Commission. 8. C. Revision of Economic Development Staffing & Updates to City Pay Matrix Recommend a Motion to: Approve the proposed change to the pay matrix, as presented. 8. D. First Reading: Combine Economic Development & Ordinance Review Advisory Boards into the new Community Development Advisory Board Recommend a Motion to: Direct staff to schedule a second reading for January 28, 2014 on an ordinance creating the Community Development Advisory Board through consolidation of the Economic Development and Ordinance Review Advisory Boards. 8.
