Derby Community Foundation Enrichment Grant 8. B. 2013 Performance Measurement Report to the Community 9. NEW BUSINESS 9. A. Amendments to the Zoning Ordinance including Convenience Cash Businesses, Preferred Plants List, and Appendices 1  Recommend a Motion to: Adopt an ordinance amending Article 2, Section 202; Article 4, Section 411; and Appendices 1, 2 and 3 of the the Zoning Ordinance as submitted. 9. Initiation of Unilateral Annexation Recommend a Motion to: Adopt a resolution stating the intention of the City of Derby to consider annexation of lands identified in the service extension plan and establish April 8, 2014 as the date for the public hearing. 9. C. Planning Commission Appointment Recommend a Motion to: Approve the Mayor's appointment of Jessica Rhein to the Planning Commission. 9. D. Purchase of Four Police Vehicles and One Animal Control Truck Recommend a Motion to: Approve the purchase of four 2014 Ford Police Interceptor Utility AWD vehicles equipped with cages, light bars and consoles and one Ford F-150 Supercab pickup truck from Shawnee Mission Ford for $164,695. 9. E. Updates to the City Council's List of Priorities Recommend a Motion to: Approve the Council's updated list of priorities. 9. F. Cancel City Council Meetings & Schedule Special Workshops Recommend a Motion to: Cancel the regular meetings of the City Council on April 22 and 2  Cancel the regular meetings of the City Council on April 22 and November 11, 2014 and schedule the Community Forum on April 22, the Intergovernmental Meeting on May 5, and the Budget Workshop on June 3. 10.
