Sale of General Obligation Bond Series 2014-A 1 8. A. Sale of General Obligation Bond Series 2014-A Recommend a Motion to: Accept the bid of __________ and authorize and direct the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the bid form selling the Series 2014-A Bonds to the best bidder on the basis of said bid and the terms specified in the Notice of Bond Sale, Adopt an ordinance authorizing and providing for issuance of $4,685,000 principal amount of General Obligation Bonds, Series 2014-A, and Adopt a resolution prescribing the form and details of and authorizing and directing the sale and delivery of $4,685,000 principal amount of General Obligation Bonds, Series 2014-A. 8. B. Zone Change Request from B-2 "Neighborhood Business" to B-3 "General Business" - SW corner of Tall Tree Road and Rock Road Recommend a Motion to: Approve an ordinance rezoning the subject property from B-2 "Neighborhood Business" to B-3 "General Business" based upon the Planning Commission's findings of fact. 8. C. Final Plat of The Oaks Commercial Addition Recommend a Motion to: Approve the final plat of The Oaks Commercial Addition; approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the plat, Developer's Agreement and Re-spread Agreements; and instruct staff to record the Developer's Agreement, Re-spread Agreements and the Final Plat. 8. D. Resolutions for Improvements in Derby Marketplace 3rd Addition Recommend a Motion to: Adopt resolutions for construction of public improvements to serve Lot 5, Block A, Derby Marketplace 3rd Addition. 8. E. Resolutions for Improvements in Riverview Addition 2  Recommend a Motion to: Adopt resolutions for construction of public improvements to serve properties in Riverview Addition. 8. F. Report on Recent Community Forum "Listening to Derby" Recommend a Motion to: Receive and file the report. Direct staff to take such action as the Council deems appropriate. 9.
