Second Reading: Updated Sidewalk Policy 1  Recommend a Motion to: Adopt an ordinance updating sidewalk repair and installation requirements and an ordinance amending the Public Offense Code to transfer language about damaging sidewalks to a different section of the Municipal Code. 7.
