Recommend a Motion to:
Adopt an ordinance authorizing and providing for issuance of

8. B. Decarsky Park Master Plan
Recommend a Motion to:
Adopt the Decarsky Park Master Plan as presented and move forward
with design development and construction document preparation.
8. C. Spring Creek Water Line Replacement
Recommend a Motion to:
Authorize execution of a contract with McCullough Excavation for
$71,935 to replace the Spring Creek water line.
8. D. Construction of Market St. Sidewalk
Recommend a Motion to:
Authorize execution of a contract with Barkley Construction for
construction of the Market Street Sidewalk project in an amount not to
exceed $83,700.
8. E. Update Sidewalk Ordinances and Payment Policy
Recommend a Motion to:
Adopt an ordinance updating sidewalk repair and installation
requirements and an ordinance amending the Public Offense Code to
transfer language about damaging sidewalks to a different section of the
Municipal Code.

Create a program for sidewalk repair that includes a 50% city and 50%
property owner funding match, including 60 days notice to property
owners, and understanding that the city match would not be provided if
damage were caused by the property owner.
