Nelson Dr. Recommend a Motion to: Adopt an ordinance changing the zoning of a 0.37 acre tract located at 2636 N. Nelson Dr. from R-1 "Single-Family Residential District" to B-5 "Restricted Commercial, Warehousing, and Limited Manufacturing District" based on the Planning Commission's findings of fact. 8. C.
