NEW BUSINESS 9. A. Amendment to ADA Advisory Board 1  Recommend a Motion to: Approve an ordinance amending requirements for individuals serving on the ADA Advisory Board. 9. B. Zone Change Request from R-1 "Single-Family Residential" to R-2 "Two-Family Residential" Recommend a Motion to: Adopt an ordinance changing the zoning of a 16-acre tract described therein from R-1 "Single-Family Residential District" to R-2 "Two-Family Residential District" based on the Planning Commission's findings of fact. 9. C. Community Storm Sheltering Agreement Recommend a Motion to: Authorize execution of a Memorandum of Understanding in substantially the form presented. 9. D. Installation of Two Traffic Signals Recommend a Motion to: Authorize execution of a contract with Phillips Southern Electric for construction of two traffic signal improvements in an amount not to exceed $404,508.50. 9. E. Purchase of Body-Worn Cameras Recommend a Motion to: Authorize the City Manager to execute license and other agreements necessary to accomplish the purchase of body-worn cameras and related equipment and storage from Axon Enterprise, Inc. for $87,511 over five years. 9. F. Construction of Fire Station 81 Recommend a Motion to: Authorize execution of a contract with Snodgrass & Sons Construction Co., Inc. in the amount of $5,289,000. 9. G.
