Final Plat of Hendricks Addition Recommend a Motion to: Approve the final plat for the Hendricks Addition, adopt resolutions for construction of public improvements to serve the addition; authorize the Mayor to sign and direct staff to record the plat, resolutions, and developer's agreement, with all of said approvals being contingent upon the submission of a signed developer's agreement in a form to be approved by the City Attorney. 7. B. Fee Resolution Update 1  Recommend a Motion to: Approve the resolution as presented. 7. C. Publication of Notice of Budget Hearing Recommend a Motion to: Authorize publication of the Notice of Hearing of the 2019 Budget as presented, in the August 1 issue of The Derby Informer. 8.
