B. First Action on G.O. Bond Series 2018B - Special Assessments Recommend a Motion to: Approve the Statement of Final Costs, the Assessment Roll, and confirm the engagement of Piper Jaffray & Co. as financial advisor; establish the date of the Public Hearing to be September 11; and approve and authorize publication and distribution of the Notice of Public Hearing. 8. Authorization of Water & Kay Streets Reconstruction Recommend a Motion to: Approve an ordinance designating Water and Kay Streets as main trafficways and a resolution authorizing reconstruction of Water and Kay Streets. 8. D. Lease Agreement for 2230 N. Nelson Dr. Recommend a Motion to: Authorize execution of a lease agreement for City property at 2230 N.
