Zone Change: Lots 10 & 11, Block B, Hamilton Estates Addition Approve the request to change the zoning district classification from B-1 "Office Business District" to R-3 "Multiple-family Residential District" based on the facts stated in the staff report and direct staff to forward a recommendation of approval to the City Council. 5. B. Vacation Request: Vacate a Portion of Platted Front Yard Setback Adopt a resolution recommending approval of the proposed vacation of the east 10 feet of the front yard setback on Lots 10 and 11, Block B, Hamilton Estates Addition, conditioned upon final approval of the concurrent zone change request for the subject property, and instruct staff to forward the resolution to the City Council for consideration. 1 5.
