Zone Change: Southeast Corner of Patriot Ave. (63rd St. South) and Rock Rd. from R-1 "Single-family Residential" to B-3 "General Business District" Approve the request to change the zoning district classification from R-1 "Single-family Residential" to B-3 "General Business District" based on the facts stated in the staff report and forward a recommendation of approval to the City Council. 5. B. Site Plan Review: Aldi's Grocery Store Approve the site plan for Lot 3, Block A, The Oaks Commercial 3rd Addition, subject to staff comments. 1 5. C. West End Development Plan Adopt a resolution recommending an amendment to the City's Comprehensive Plan by incorporation of the West End Development Plan, and instruct staff to forward the resolution, the proposed plan, and a summary of the public hearing to the City Council for consideration. 6.
