APPROVED MINUTES SENIOR SERVICES ADVISORY BOARD 10:00 AM February 17th, 2017 CITY OF DERBY ROLL CALL GERALD BROWNLEE JANICE NEAGLE JIM BURGESS DIANE SCHMITT, TREASURER - ABSENT TOM DAVIDSON, SECRETARY ELEANOR UNDERWOOD, CHAIRMAN DUANE DAY, VICE CHAIRMAN CITY STAFF BREANNA MONK KIM HART Public Forum Agenda Item #1 RE: Meals on Wheels/Friendship Meals Nutrition Center Council - Advisory Board BreAnna Monk explained to the Board Rory from Aging Projects Inc. / Meals on Wheels provided her with information from the Nutrition Center Council to say they need an Advisory Board here at the Derby Senior Center. BreAnna gave the Board members a copy of the rules and bylaws to review. BreAnna said the Advisory Board could serve as the Meals on Wheels/Friendship Meals Nutrition Center Council Advisory Board. Discussion was held. MOTION: Jim Burgess moved the DSC Advisory Board members serve as the Meals on Wheels/Friendship Meals Nutrition Center Council Advisory Board. Gerald Brownlee seconded. VOTE: 5 yea, motion carried ADJOURNMENT MOTION: Jim Burgess made a motion for adjournment. Duane Day seconded. VOTE: 5 yea, motion carried.
