Exxecutive session ended at 7:52pm. PLANNING COMMISSION Occupancy Permit Ordinance Review REPRESENTATIVES  DARCee meeting 4th Weds 7pm monthly - Next meeting will be in January 2023  Derry Area Historical Society – Board Meeting are held at the Fulton House on the 3rd Monday monthly at 6:30pm. Approve Ordinance 803- Amendment to PMRS Pension Plan to allow for the Normal Retirement age to be age 60 for those vested members (which include two), prior to PMRS enrollment, with no additional cost to the Borough. 2. Approve Change Order #1 for MABD West 1st and 2nd Ave Mill and Overlay project. Derry Borough’s Portion of Curb Replacement and base repair with overlay at $4,353.20. 3. 2008 Crown Victoria Police Vehicle Sale 4. Approve Lee Demosky, Meyer Darrah Law Firm as Solicitor for Derry Borough 2023 5. Approve Joshua Campbell as Derry Borough Fire Chief for 2023 6. Approve Resolution 671-23 Eliminating contributions by police officers in the Borough for the police pension fund for 2023. 3 12. Authorize Borough Secretary/Treasurer to pay bills between meetings to take advantage of discounts if applicable and prevent certain bills from becoming overdue. 13.
