The first arriving company officer reported a 12/2/2025 1:18:00PM single-story, single-family dwelling with heavy smoke coming from the attic. All occupants' self-evacuated from the residence, while firefighters contained the fire to an interior bedroom. Red Cross has been contacted. Crews will remain on scene for overhaul operations. 25CARRU199357 CAL FIRE/Riverside County Fire Department responded to a reported residential structure fire at the above address. First Company Officer at scene reported a single-mobile home with fire coming 12/20/2025 1:44:00AM from the roof. Fire was contained within 20 minutes of the first-arriving fire engine. One person was transported to local hospital with minor injuries for further evaluation. No, firefighters were injured during this incident. Six occupants were displaced, and the Red Cross was notified. Building and safety will have to inspect the residence prior to residents returning. Firefighters were able to contain the fire to the bedroom while simultaneously rescuing two dogs. The occupants all evacuated prior to the fire departments arrival. A total of 5 occupants were displaced, and the American Red Cross is assisting the displaced occupants. 25CARRU157928 CAL FIRE / Riverside County Fire Department responded to a reported single-story, single-family residential structure fire. Upon arrival, the first-in company officer reported heavy fire and smoke 10/6/2025 2:35:00PM showing from the front of the structure. Firefighters located the fire originating beneath an attached patio cover/carport area, where it had extended into a parked vehicle. Crews quickly contained the fire to the vehicle, preventing further extension into the residence. American Red Cross was requested to assist seven displaced occupants. City of Desert Hot Springs Code Enforcement assessed the property and deemed it uninhabitable. No civilian or firefighter injuries were reported. 25CARRU172291 CAL FIRE/Riverside County Fire Department resources were dispatched to a residential structure on San Juan Rd. The first arriving Company Officer reported a single-story, single-family dwelling 11/1/2025 3:35:00PM with smoke emitting from the attic space. Firefighters contained the fire to the attic area, while concurrently performing salvage operations within the interior of the structure.
