NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Dousman will hold a regular meeting which will be open to the public on the 14th day of September, 2015, at the Village Hall located at 118 S. Main Street Dousman which begins at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to:  Call to order and confirm public meeting notice  Pledge of Allegiance  Public Comment  Consideration and Action to approve consent agenda which includes the following: o Previous meeting minutes of 8/10/15 o General Fund Bills - $97,895.43 o General Check #35879 – 35930 (35908-35910 voided) & Payroll Check #9686 – 9694 & 1056 – 1067 o Sewer Utility Bills – $37,565.61 o Check #10873 - 10897 o Water Utility Bills – $11,700.96 o Check #8366 – 8391 o Special Projects Account - $274,898.56 o Check #1091 - 1093 o August 2015 Building Inspection Report o August 2015 DPW Reports  Appearances – Consideration and Action may occur on the following matters: o Chief Bowen; Dousman Fire District Update o Steve Wuerster; Ruekert & Mielke, Stormwater Upgrades  Reports Information or discussion and action taken at previous meetings, future agenda items and upcoming scheduled meetings. a. Budget Workshop Meeting Dates Village of Dousman Public Meeting Notice September 14, 2015 Page 2.  Old Business o None  New Business – Consideration and Action may occur on the following matters: o Consideration/Possible Action Update on Bielinski Homes, Inc.; Settlement at Utica Lake Phase II; re Discussion on Gramling Lane Construction and Anticipated Schedule o Consideration/Possible Action on Consideration/Possible Action on Mutual Cooperation Agreement under the Housing and Community Development Act and the National Affordable Housing Act with Waukesha County o Consideration/Possible Action on State of Wisconsin Department of Revenue Equalization Report o Consideration/Possible Action on Preliminary Estimate of 1/1/15 Population  CORRESPONDENCE o Waukesha County Cooperation Council Meeting Minutes o Arenz, Molter, Macy, Riffle & Larson; Treatment of Prevailing Wages o Municipal Recycling News o Waukesha County Parks & Land Use; Notice of Availability of Amended Comprehensive Development Plan for Waukesha County o Waukesha County Executive Newsletter o Wisconsin Department of Administration; Incorporation of a Portion of the Towns of Brookfield and Waukesha as a Village o League of Wisconsin Municipalities Newsletters  Adjourn to closed session upon motion made and seconded, upon roll call vote, pursuant to section 19.85(1)(e), Wisconsin Statutes, deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, in particular negotiating the police contract with the Village of Summit. Participating in the closed session will be the Village Board & Village Clerk. Thereinafter it is contemplated that a motion will be made, seconded and acted on by roll call vote to go into closed session for the reasons outlined above. At the conclusion of the closed session the Village Board may reconvene into open session to consider and take possible action on the matters discussed in closed session Village of Dousman Public Meeting Notice September 14, 2015 Page 3.  Adjourn to closed session upon motion made and seconded, upon roll call vote, pursuant to section 19.85(1)(c), considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Participating in the closed session will be the Village Board & Village Clerk Thereinafter it is contemplated that a motion will be made, seconded and acted on by roll call vote to go into closed session for the reasons outlined above. At the conclusion of the closed session the Village Board may reconvene into open session to consider and take possible action on the matters discussed in closed session.  Adjourn "It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice."
