NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Dousman will hold a regular meeting which will be open to the public on the 12th day of October, 2015, at the Village Hall located at 118 S. Main Street Dousman which begins at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to:  Call to order and confirm public meeting notice  Pledge of Allegiance  Public Comment  Consideration and Action to approve consent agenda which includes the following: o Previous meeting minutes of 9/14/15, 9/23/15 & 10/6/15 o General Fund Bills - $102,201.82 o General Check #35931 – 35957 & Payroll Check #9695 – 9699 (#9698 voided) & 1068 – 1090 o Sewer Utility Bills – $55,798.51 o Check #10898 - 10914 o Water Utility Bills – $2,483.58 o Check #8392 – 8406 o Special Projects Account - $0.00 o Check #None o September 2015 Building Inspection Report o September 2015 DPW Reports  Appearances – Consideration and Action may occur on the following matters: o Chief Bowen; Dousman Fire District Update o Ben West; Issues regarding the Duathalon o Dave Arnott; Sludge Study o Bart Nies, Delta 3 Engineering; Introduction  Reports Information or discussion and action taken at previous meetings, future agenda items and upcoming scheduled meetings. a. Village of Dousman Public Meeting Notice October 12, 2015 Page 2.  Old Business o None  New Business – Consideration and Action may occur on the following matters: o Consideration/Possible Action on “Scope of Engagement” Letter with Quarles and Brady in regards to GO Borrowing o Consideration/Possible Action on Resolution Authorizing the Issuance and Sale of $5,000,000 General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2015 o Consideration/Possible Action on Stormwater and Issues in regards to Utica Road Homes/Lee Bleecker, Owner o Consideration/Possible Action on Stormwater Management District; Settlement at Utica Lake o Consideration/Possible Action on Service Agreement between the Village of Dousman and HAWS o Consideration/Possible Action on contracted services re: Rotroff Jeanson Company 2015 Audit & Accounting Services o Consideration/Possible Action on Board of Appeals Appointments; T. Schmieder & J. Lui o Consideration/Possible Action on 2015 Tax Collection Agreement with Waukesha County  CORRESPONDENCE o Arenz, Molter, Macy, Riffle & Larson, S.C.; Shoreland Zoning, 2015 Wisconsin Act 55 & 41 Current State of the Law o Waukesha County Executive Newsletter o League of Wisconsin Municipalities Newsletters  Adjourn to closed session upon motion made and seconded, upon roll call vote, pursuant to section 19.85(1)(g), Wisconsin Statutes, conferring with legal counsel concerning potential litigation. Participating in the closed session will be the Village Board, Village Clerk & Village Attorney. Thereinafter it is contemplated that a motion will be made, seconded and acted on by roll call vote to go into closed session for the reasons outlined above. At the conclusion of the closed session the Village Board may reconvene into open session to consider and take possible action on the matters discussed in closed session Village of Dousman Public Meeting Notice October 12, 2015 Page 3.  Adjourn "It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice."
