PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Dousman will
hold a regular meeting which will be open to the public on the 13th day of June, 2016, at
the Village Hall located at 118 S. Main Street Dousman which begins at 6:00 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting will be to:

Adjourn to closed session upon motion made and seconded, upon roll call vote, pursuant
to section 19.85(1)(g), Wisconsin Statutes, conferring with legal counsel concerning
potential litigation related to properties located South and West of Venture Drive.
Participating in the closed session will be the Village Board, Village Clerk, Village
Attorney, Village Engineer & Village Planner.
Thereinafter it is contemplated that a motion will be made, seconded and acted on by roll
call vote to go into closed session for the reasons outlined above.
At the conclusion of the closed session the Village Board may reconvene into open
session to consider and take possible action on the matters discussed in closed session.
Adjourn to closed session upon motion made and seconded, upon roll call vote, pursuant
to section 19.85(1)(e), Wisconsin Statutes, deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of
public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public
business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session,
specifically the sale of property at 207 N. Main Street. Participating in the closed session
will be the Village Board, Village Clerk, Village Attorney & Representative of Siepmann
Realty.
Thereinafter it is contemplated that a motion will be made, seconded and acted on by roll
call vote to go into closed session for the reasons outlined above.
At the conclusion of the closed session the Village Board may reconvene into open
session to consider and take possible action on the matters discussed in closed session.

bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather
