Participating in the closed session will be the Village Board, Village Clerk, Village Attorney, Village Engineer & Village Planner. Thereinafter it is contemplated that a motion will be made, seconded and acted on by roll call vote to go into closed session for the reasons outlined above. At the conclusion of the closed session the Village Board may reconvene into open session to consider and take possible action on the matters discussed in closed session. Adjourn to closed session upon motion made and seconded, upon roll call vote, pursuant to section 19.85(1)(e), Wisconsin Statutes, deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, specifically the sale of property at 207 N. Main Street. Participating in the closed session will be the Village Board, Village Clerk, Village Attorney & Representative of Siepmann Realty. Thereinafter it is contemplated that a motion will be made, seconded and acted on by roll call vote to go into closed session for the reasons outlined above.
