NOTICE-OF-PUBLIC-HEARING-STORMWATER-CHAPTER-16-PUBL Page 1 of 1 XXX LEGAL Camera Ready Village of Dousman VILLAGE OF DOUSMAN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board and Plan Commission of the Village of Dousman will hold a public hearing and a joint meeting on Monday, the 11th of July, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. at the Village Hall located at 118 S. Main Street Dousman, Wisconsin. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider an amendment to the Stormwater Management and Erosion Control standards currently within Chapter 17 (Zoning), Section 17.30, of Village of Dousman Municipal Code, and to create a new Chapter 16 of the Village of Dousman Municipal Code called Stormwater Management and Erosion Control; thereby removing Section 17.30 and transferring the amended standards to Chapter 16. The main purpose for the amendment is to conform to administrative rules for stormwater management and erosion control as required by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. The Plan Commission and Village Board may take action on the proposed amendment immediately following the hearing or at a future meeting date. A copy of the proposed amendment will be viewed at Dousman Village Hall during normal business hours or online at www.villageofdousman.com. Written comments will be accepted, and all people wishing to speak will be heard.
