NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Plan Commission of the Village of Dousman will hold a regular meeting which will be open to the public on the 3rd day of August, 2016 at the Village Hall located at 118 S. Main Street Dousman, Wisconsin, which begin at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to: Call to order and confirm public meeting notice Approve meeting minutes from 6/1/16 Consideration/Possible Action on Site Plan/ Plan of Operations for MTEC Environmental, Inc. 128 Elm Street Suite G Preliminary Review to Amend Comprehensive Plan/Phyllis Cramer property Review/Possible Action regarding the following potential zoning code amendments: 1. Update allowable density standards and criteria for multi-family development. 2. Revised Landscaping Standards 3. New Temporary Use Standards 4. Consider Allowing the Use of Septic Systems or Holding Tanks with New Development. Adjourn "It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice."
