NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Dousman will hold a regular meeting which will be open to the public on the 8th day of August, 2016, at the Village Hall located at 118 S. Main Street Dousman which begins at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to:  Call to order and confirm public meeting notice  Pledge of Allegiance  Public Comment  Consideration and Action to approve consent agenda which includes the following: o Previous meeting minutes of 7/11/16 o General Fund Bills - $216,045.09 o General Check #36344 – 36392 & Payroll Check #9741 – 9744 & 1273 – 1290 o Sewer Utility Bills – $48,67.67 o Check #11110- 11133 o Water Utility Bills – $137,936.05 o Check #8619 – 8644 o July 2016 Building Inspection Report o July 2016 DPW Reports o Operator’s License; Olivia C. Naming of Municipal Parking Lot Village of Dousman Public Meeting Notice August 8, 2016 Page 2.  Old Business o None  New Business – Consideration and Action may occur on the following matters: o Consideration/Possible Action on New Pollworkers for 2016 o Consideration/Possible Action on Village of Summit Police Contract o Consideration/Possible Action on Light by Flag Pole on Main Street o Consideration/Possible Action on Investment Monies at LPL Financial o Consideration/Possible Action on Resolution #03-16 to Authorize $100,000 Line of Credit for the Dousman Fire District o Consideration/Possible Action concerning the possible release of the letter of credit concerning the Developer’s Agreement for Pilot Lake, regarding property located near the intersection of CTH D and Mill Pond Rd., subject to the recording of a deed restriction signed by the current owners. o Consideration/Possible Action on Resolution #04-16 A Resolution to Conditionally Authorize a Reduction and Release of the Letter of Credit for the Herr/Stoneridge Developer’s Agreement for Pilot Lake  CORRESPONDENCE o League of Wisconsin Municipalities Newsletters  Adjourn to closed session upon motion made and seconded, upon roll call vote, pursuant to section 19.85(1)(e), Wisconsin Statutes, for deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session; more particularly, to consider financial expectations and other bargaining positions for a possible inter-municipal consolidation of the Dousman Fire District with additional municipalities. Participating in the closed session will be the Village Board, Village Clerk, Dousman Fire Chief and Fire Commissioner. Thereinafter it is contemplated that a motion will be made, seconded and acted on by roll call vote to go into closed session for the reasons outlined above. At the conclusion of the closed session the Village Board may reconvene into open session to consider and take possible action on the matters discussed in closed session Village of Dousman Public Meeting Notice August 8, 2016 Page 3.  Adjourn "It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice."
