PUBLIC WORKS AND ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES Monday, September 9, 2024 5:00PM Borough Hall 10 Doyle Street, Doylestown, PA 18901 Present: Councilperson Dennis Livrone. Councilperson Bob Kinney, Councilperson Elizabeth Wyckoff, Chairperson Larry Browne via ZOOM, Mayor Noni West, and Borough Manager John Davis Call to Order: Chairperson Browne called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. 1. Approval of Minutes: Meeting minutes from August were unanimously approved (Kinney/Wyckoff) 2. 2024-25 Salt Bid Recommendation: After committee discussion, the Committee accepted and moved to send the 2024 -25 Salt bid to the next Council meeting for final approval. (Kinney/Livrone) 3. Fonthill Project Bid Recommendation: After committee discussion, the Committee accepted and moved to send to the next Council meeting for final approval. (Kinney/Wyckoff) Project came in under budget by @$50K. Project timeline is an approximate start of Spring 2025 and an expected completion of Fall 2025. 4. New Business: No new business With no other business, Larry Browne motioned to adjourn (Livrone/Kinney). Meeting adjourned at 5:12 pm. Respectfully submitted, Lisa Borghi Approved 9/10/24
