Commission members in attendance included Kayvon Tabatabai, Chris May, Jean Weston, and Baldev Lamba. Also present were Dave Burger, Director of Public Works; applicants Merna Weston, Virginia DiLeo, and Jim Athouse; Jamie Samson from Monster Tree Company; and David McCann from ATS Tree Service. Virginia DiLeo also attended as President of the BCCA Board. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:30 (MAY/WESTON) Approval of Minutes: The January 2025 Minutes were approved. (MAY/LAMBA) Subdivision/Land Development: None Tree Applications: 1. 105 Homestead Drive, R. Merna Weston, Property Owner. Recommended Approval (TABATABAI/WESTON) 2. 80 W. State Street, Chad Reidley, Property Owner. Recommended Approval (MAY/WESTON) 3. 215 E. Court Street, Doylestown Cemetery, Property Owner. Recommended Approval (LAMBA/WESTON) 4. 152 E. Ashland Street, Cyrus Morgan, Property Owner. Recommended Approval (MAY/ LAMBA) 5. 77 Davis Road, Kali Maxian, Property Owner. Recommended Approval to remove both trees. Suggested to prune the red cedar rather than remove it. (MAY/LAMBA) 6. 340 Linden Avenue, Rebecca Bushnell, Property Owner. Recommended Approval (TABATABAI/LAMBA) 7. 100 Garden Alley, Barnes Court Condominium, Property Owner. Recommended Approval. Suggested to prune the tree first rather than removing.
