The applicants propose to enclose a small exterior rear porch to create additional interior living space at the property which is located in the CR- Central Residential Zoning District of the Borough. Application: ZHB #2024-14 - For 542 Maple Avenue (Parcel No. 8-10-30) in the R-7 – Residential District by Carolyn Penglase, who requests the following variances from Doylestown Borough Zoning Ordinance: from Sections 510 and 514 to permit less than the required front and side yard setbacks and from Section 502 to permit more than the permitted lot coverage, less than the required minimum front yard for a porch and less than the minimum side yard setback.
