Emergency Management Commission Regular Meeting Minutes July 19, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. A Regular Meeting of the Emergency Management Commission was held Thursday, July 19, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. in the Board Room in the Dripping Springs ISD Administration Building located at 510 Mercer Street, Dripping Springs, Texas. I. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL Commissioners Present were: Emergency Planning Coordinator Roman Baligad Chair Bonnie Humphrey Commissioner Kay Allen Commissioner Scott Collard Commissioner Gordon DeWitte Commissioner Ron Hood Commissioner Robert Lamb Commissioner Bill Little Vacancy Commissioners Absent were: Vice Chair Curt Marek Commissioner Mike Jones Commissioner Dillon Polk With a quorum of the Commission present, Chair Humphrey called the meeting to order at 5:04 p.m. II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Chair Humphrey led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. III. PRESENTATION OF CITIZENS Floor open to discussion on any subject. No action may be taken by law. Citizens wishing to speak shall do so after being recognized by the Chair. The Chair may establish a time limit as necessary. No one spoke during Presentation of Citizens. IV. BUSINESS Discussion and Possible Action on: A. Discussion and Consideration regarding the Fiscal Year 2019 budget for the Emergency Planning Commission A motion was made by Commissioner Bill Little to approve the Fiscal Year 2019 budget for the Emergency Planning Commission as presented. Commissioner Gordon seconded the motion which carried unanimously 8 to 0. V. REPORTS AND STANDING ITEMS The following reports relate to the planning and administration of the City's Emergency Management Commission's Program. No Action to be Taken. A. City Emergency Planning Coordinator Report B. Operations Subcommittee Report C. Planning Subcommittee Report D. Logistics Subcommittee Report E. Finance Subcommittee Report F. Public Information Subcommittee Report No reports were presented at this meeting. VI. ANNOUNCEMENTS A. August 14, 2018 - Regular City Council Meeting 5:30 PM workshop/6:30 PM meeting B. August 21, 2018 - Regular City Council Meeting, 6:00 PM C. August 23, 2018 - Regular Emergency Management Commission Meeting, 5:00 p.m. VII. ADJOURN Without objection from the Commission, Chair Humphrey adjourned the regular meeting. This regular meeting adjourned at 5:57 p.m.
