MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL Marianne Simmons, Chair Gina Gillis Kambra Bolch Gouri Johannsen Sandy Pedrazas Aubrey Munguia Jo Ann Touchstone, Secretary Ralph Morren Meeting called to order at 10:05 a.m. All present except Gina Gillis and Sandy Pedrazas. Also present Market Manager Carolyn Hodges. II. PRESENTATIONS BY CITIZENS Floor open to discussion on any subject. No action may be taken by law. Citizens wishing to speak shall do so after being recognized by the Chair. The Chair may establish a time limit as necessary. No one speaks. III. MINUTES A. Approval of Regular Meeting Minutes, March 18, 2014 – Ralph motion to approve. Gouri seconds. Motion passes, 6-0. B. Approval of Regular Meeting Minutes, April 8, 2014 – Tabled. IV. BUSINESS Discussion and Possible Action regarding: A. Review of April & May Markets – Windy, readdress weights and two people to set up/break down when windy. B. Review of Vendor Applications – Haven Acres - need more information. Doughmestic Diva – need more information. Magic Mud – approved. C. 2014 Advertising Expenses - $725 in budget. Will plan for fall ad in Outlook. D. Texas Department of Agriculture Go Texan Market to Menu Participation Agreement – Marianne motions to approved two Facebook boosts and new banner. Ralph seconds. Motion passes, 6-0./ E. 2014 Special Events – Update on details. 1. Dripping Springs 3rd Annual Tomato Round Up - 2. Market to Menu Demonstration - 3. Craft Day with DS Moms Club - F. Review of Rules and Regulations Regarding Community Supported Agriculture Shares – Will ask city attorney regarding liability. VI. ANNOUNCEMENTS A.
