MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL Marianne Simmons, Chair Gina Gillis Kambra Bolch Gouri Johannsen Sandy Pedrazas Aubrey Munguia Jo Ann Touchstone, Secretary Ralph Morren Marianne calls the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. All present except Gina Gillis. Also present Market Manager Carolyn Hodges. II. PRESENTATIONS BY CITIZENS Floor open to discussion on any subject. No action may be taken by law. Citizens wishing to speak shall do so after being recognized by the Chair. The Chair may establish a time limit as necessary. No one speaks. III. MINUTES A. Approval of Regular Meeting Minutes, May 13, 2014 – Tabled. IV. BUSINESS Discussion and Possible Action regarding: A. Review of May Markets – Email vendors to address parking. B. Review of Vendor Applications – Approved Hemp 360. Denied Hill Country Bison, will notify and ask for more information to clarify fit within current rules. C. 2014 Budget Review – Gina will draft final amendment. D. 2014 Special Events 1. Dripping Springs 3rd Annual Tomato Round Up – Update on festival details. 2. Market to Menu Demonstration - Reviewed details for June 11th. 3. Craft Day with DS Moms Club – Will hold seed planting on June 18th. E. Review of Rules and Regulations Regarding Community Supported Agriculture Shares – Will inquire with attorney whether regulations are needed. F. Sign Alternatives for Permanent Market Sign at Triangle – Tabled. VI. ANNOUNCEMENTS A. Regular City Council Meeting, Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. B.
