I. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Marianne Simmons, Chair Gina Gillis Kambra Bolch
Gouri Johannsen Sandy Pedrazas Aubrey Munguia
Jo Ann Touchstone, Secretary Ralph Morren
Marianne calls meeting to order at 10:05 am. All present except Sandy Pedrazas, Aubrey Munguia,
And Gina Gillis. Also present Market Manager Carolyn Hodges.
II. OATHS OF OFFICE
A. City Secretary Jo Ann Touchstone Administers Oaths of Office for Gina Gillis, Aubrey
Munguia and Marianne Simmons – Oath administered for Marianne Simmons.
III. PRESENTATIONS BY CITIZENS
Floor open to discussion on any subject. No action may be taken by law. Citizens wishing to speak shall
do so after being recognized by the Chair. The Chair may establish a time limit as necessary.
No one speaks.
