Commissioner Adams seconded the motion which carried unanimously 10 to 0. MINUTES 1. Discuss and consider approval of the April 13, 2020 Founders Day Commission regular meeting minutes. A motion was made by Commissioner Monaghan to approve the April 13, 2020, Founders Day Commission regular meeting minutes. Commissioner Debish seconded the motion which carried unanimously 10 to 0. BUSINESS 2. Discuss and consider recommendation regarding appointments to the Founders Day Commission for seats expired June 30, 2020. a) At-Large: Brenda Medcalf, Vacant b) St. Martin de Porres: Michael Monaghan c) Cook-Off Club: Brian Varnell, Jeff Shindler d) Lions Club: Sharon Goss, Brad Thomas Via unanimous consent the Commission recommended City Council approval of the reappointments of Brenda Medcalf, Michael Monaghan, Brian Varnell, Jeff Shindler, Sharon Goss and Brad Thomas to the Founders Day Commission for terms ending June 30, 2022. The Commission will discuss the recommendation for the vacant ag-large seat at the next regular meeting. STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS 3.
