I. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Chairman Ted Lehr calls the meeting to order at 4:15 pm and takes roll call. Present:
Ted Lehr, Chair; Commissioner Kathryn Chandler; Commissioner Charlie Haydon;
Commissioner John Holdridge; Commissioner John McIntosh, Vice Chair;
Commissioner Karl Seelbach; and Commissioner Linda Freeman. Also present is City
Administrator Michelle Fischer.
II. BUSINESS
No Action to be Taken:
A. Presentation on Mercer Street Improvement Project and its Legacy
Opportunities, Donor Tree, and Other Donations-Commissioners review
what they will present to the public around 5:30 pm and set up the display boards
on the project. Commissioners mingle with the public. Commissioners give a
presentation on the project, future proposed improvements, and funding
opportunities. Commissioners mingle with the public and answer questions
about the project.

A. Regular City Council Meeting, October 8, 2013, 7:00 p.m.
B. Regular Parks & Recreation Commission Meeting, October 14, 2013, 6:00 p.m.
C. Regular Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting, September 24, 2013, 7:00 p.m.
D. Regular Historic Preservation Commission Meeting, October 7, 2013, 5:30 p.m.
IV. ADJOURN-Chairman Lehr adjourns the meeting at 6:30 pm.
