I. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Vice Chair Eric Russell calls the meeting to order at 6:33 pm. Ms. Fischer takes roll
call: Present: Commissioner Eric Russell, Vice Chair(DSYSA); Commissioner Robert
Hayden(CODS); Commissioner Rich Moore(DSISD); Commissioner Thao Phan
(CODS); Commissioner Eric Henline(DSISD); and Commissioner Britt Figueroa
(CODS). Also present at City Administrator Michelle Fischer and parks, recreation, and
open space consultants Brent Luck and Tim Bargainer with Luck Design Team. Absent:
Commissioner Shelly Reeves(DSISD)and Commissioner Robbie Zamora, Chair
(DSYSA).
II. BUSINESS
No Action to be Taken:
A. City of Dripping Springs Parks, Recreation and Open Space Master Plan, 2013-
2025,Facilitators Brent Luck and Tim Bargainer, Luck Design Team
1. Review of Master Plan Process
2. Review of Preliminary Survey Results(power point presentation attached).
3. Discussion of Master Plan
No action is taken.

IV. ADJOURN
Commissioner Henline makes a motion to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Phan.
VOTE: all in favor. The motion is carried and the meeting is adjourned at 7:21 pm.
