Commissioner McClung calls the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. All present except
Commissioner James, Commissioner Burgeson, Michelle Fischer and Alan Bojorquez.
Also present City Architect Kevin Herron.
II. SITE DEVELOPMENTS/SUBDIVISIONS/ZONING/ON SITE SEWAGE
FACILITIES/SIGNSAARIANCESAVAIVERS/ALTERNATE
STANDARDS/DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS
Consideration and Possible Action on:
A. Request for Alternative Standards for Exterior Design for Twisted X Brewery,
Howard Ranch Commercial, Lot 63, Block B,located at the southern intersection of
FM 150 and Springwood Road, approximately 1000 feet southeast ofthe
intersection of RM 12 and FM 150,Shane Bordeaux, Applicant
1. Presentation -Ted Stewart presents requests and is available for
questions.
2. Staff Report- Kevin Herron reviews submittal and states that the
proposed changes are within design standards and recommends
approval.
3. Public Hearing - Mr. Stewart states that all changes are presented for
consideration to aid in moving forward with construction.
4. Request for Alternative Standards from Dripping Springs Code of
Ordinances: Chapter 24 Building Regulations: Article 24.03 Exterior
Design and Architectural Standards - Commissioner McClung
motions to consider. Commissioner Smith seconds. Commissioner
James Martin recuses himself. Commission reviews submittal with
Kevin Herron. Commissioner Smith motions to approve all changes
and Kevin Herron's request for an architectural rendering citing all
changes. Commissioner Josef Martin seconds. Motion passes, 4-1-0.
Commission James Martin abstains.
III. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Planning & Zoning Commission for the City of Dripping Springs reserves the
right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course ofthis meeting to
discuss any ofthe matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code
Sections 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney), 551.072(Deliberations about Real
Property), 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations), 551.074(Personnel
Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security Devices), and 551.086(Economic
Development)

Commissioner McClung motions to adjourn. Commissioner Josef Martin
seconds. Motion passes, 5-0. Meeting adjourned at 5:54 p.m.
