PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD No citizens were present for comment. UPDATES FROM STAFF Jim Benning reported on various projects including the leak over the Aerial Lift Bridge, gas work on Michigan Street, and Park Point overflows and lining. UPCOMING COUNCIL ACTIONS No upcoming actions were mentioned. COMMISSIONER QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS President Prusak asked if Ms. Stringer's water meter was replaced. Jim Benning had not heard anything further on the subject. PREVIEW OF UPCOMING BUSINESS The next regular meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 5:15 p.m. in City Council Chambers. The Commission will consider a resolution amending the bylaws regarding procedures for a public comment period at meetings. They will also set the meeting schedule for next year.
