MINUTES BOARD OF TRUSTEES - SPECIAL MEETING VILLAGE OF DUNDEE, MI SATURDAY, OCTOBER 29, 2022 12:00 AM COUNCIL CHAMBERS 1. CALL TO ORDER A Special Meeting of the Dundee Village Council was held on October 29, 2022, in the Village Council Chambers. The meeting was called to order at 7:36 am by President Andrea Hickey. 2. ROLL CALL Present were Village President Andrea Hickey, Village Trustees Howard Cilley, Lindsay Cross, Alana Horkey, Jennifer Howard, Michael McClendon, Bryan Schroeder, and Village Clerk Shirley Massingill. No members absent. Also present were Interim Village Manager Gregg Guetschow, Village Deputy Clerk Julie Smith, Village Account Clerk Vicki Salib, Village Building Inspector Joe Wehrle, Village Building Clerk Tammy Wehrle, Village Official Candidates Tim Bordine, George Wilkins, Jesse Wilson, Stephen Carr, Michael Salib, Village Manager Candidates Ted Andrzewski, Adam Kline, Warren Brown, Mike Hoffmeister, Dave Rose Amy Cell Talent representative, and four interested citizens. 3. CITIZEN COMMENTS 4. NEW BUSINESS 4.a New Village Manager Candidates Interview Ted Andrzewski and Michael Hoffmeister will be asked to return on November10, 2022 at 6:30 pm for a second interview. 5.
