MINUTES BOARD OF TRUSTEES - SPECIAL MEETING VILLAGE OF DUNDEE, MI TUESDAY, MARCH 25, 2025 6:00 PM COUNCIL CHAMBERS 1. CALL TO ORDER A Special Meeting of the Dundee Village Council was held on March 25, 2025, in the Village Hall Council Chambers. The meeting was called to order at 6:01 pm by President Tim Bordine. 2. ROLL CALL Present were Village President Tim Bordine, Village Trustees Chuck Booth, Stephen Carr, Howard Cilley, George Wilkins and Jesse Wilson. Tr. Lindsay Cross was absent. Also present were Interim Village Manager Vincent Pastue, Village Clerk Shirley Massingill, Village Attorney Matt Budds, and no interested citizens. 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Village Trustee Howard Cilley moved, seconded by Trustee Jesse Wilson, to approve the Agenda of the March 25, 2025 Special Village Council as presented. CLOSED SESSION 8.a Review of Attorney-Client Privileged Correspondence Village Trustee George Wilkins moved, seconded by Village Trustee Howard Cilley, to enter into Closed Session for review of Attorney-Client Privileged Correspondence.
