MINUTES BOARD OF TRUSTEES WORKSHOP VILLAGE OF DUNDEE, MI MONDAY, MAY 19, 2025 7:00 PM COUNCIL CHAMBERS 1. CALL TO ORDER A Special Workshop of the Dundee Village Council was held on May 19, 2025 in the Village Office Council Chambers. The meeting was called to order at 6:15 pm by President Tim Bordine. 2. ROLL CAL Present were Village President Tim Bordine, Village Trustees Charles Booth, Steven Carr, Howard Cilley, Lindsay Cross. Trustee George Wilkins excused. Also present were Interim Village Manager Vincent Pastue, Village Clerk Shirley Massingill, Village Deputy Clerk Julie Smith, Attorney Matt Budds, DDA Board Members, Doubled Haul Solutions Representative Nathan Geinzer, Jill Bahm, representative of Giffels Webster, and six interested citizens. 3. DISCUSSION 3.a Joint Village Council and Downtown Development Workshop Nate Geinzer and Jill Bahm presented information on the roles of each board, accountability, state acts governing the boards, roles shared by the Council, planning commission and DDA, suggested future training, and taxing authority. The current DDA plan is ending in December 2026 and discussed steps to renew the plan. Discussion followed and the meeting was opened to the public for comments and questions. 4.
