ROLL CALL A Regular Meeting of Dundee Village Council was held on May 9, 2024 at the Village Office Meeting Room. The meeting was called to order at 6:33 pm by Acting Chair Kepler. Present were Members Doug Steinman, Daniel Zachary Laberdee, Richard Arecheja, George Wilkins Members Jennifer Hernandez, and Thomas Miller were absent. Also present were Manager Hoffmeister, and 4 interested citizens. 2. CALL TO ORDER 3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Doug Steinman moved, seconded by Daniel Zachary Laberdee, Motion to approve the agenda as printed. RESULT: Carried MOVER: Doug Steinman SECONDER: Daniel Zachary Laberdee AYES: Vice Chair Peter Kepler, Daniel Zachary Laberdee, Doug Steinman, Village Trustee George Wilkins, and Richard Arecheja ABSENT: Jennifer Hernandez and Thomas Miller 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 4.a Regular Meeting: March 14, 2024 Richard Arecheja moved, seconded by Doug Steinman, Motion to approve the Minutes of the Date Meeting as printed. CITIZEN’S COMMENTS Manager Hoffmeister gave an update on works in progress. MDNR is reviewing the Viking Park bids. This review is taking longer than normal. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 6.a Fishing Club Update and Cabela's/Bass Pro Grant We have a permission form that will be review by village legal staff. Flyers will be distributed in the schools to gauge interest. We have much of the supplies used by the former school program and will use the Cabela's grant to purchase additional tackle and supplies as needed. 7. NEW BUSINESS 7.a Cruise Night Application- Wolverine Park Richard Arecheja moved, seconded by Daniel Zachary Laberdee, Approve use of Wolverine Park on as requested.
