6.b Civic Center, Scouting Building
Civic Center Rental Agreement, need to work out rental prices, who will
pay, refine all amounts of rental charges and liability amounts,
everything in Yellow High Light.
What are final items to include or exclude in building ie., do we need a
stove in kitchen just for warming items. What size of refrigerator, how
many tables & chairs, trash service, etc. All the fine points! Need to
know before construction work begins to avoid more charges. These
changes and cost possibly will have to go to council also.
