Gromelski, Brudzinski, Shupp, McGlynn, Marriggi, Tonte, Zinkavich. Mayor Bauman in attendance. With a quorum present, the meeting will continue. • Pledge to the flag. • Mayor Jeffrey Bauman appoints as the temporary secretary of the Reorganization Meeting. Mayor Bauman asks for a nomination for President of Council. The meeting is now turned over to the Council President. Motion: • for a nomination for Vice-President of Council. • to appoint as Borough Manager/Treasurer. • to appoint as Borough Solicitor. • to appoint as Borough Engineer. • to appoint as Borough Fire Chief. • to appoint as Assistant Borough Fire Chief. • that ____________________ be named as the Depository for Duryea Borough. • to appoint as the Building Inspector for Duryea Borough.
