Hoover Mayor: Trina Moss MEETING • Roll call: Gromelski, Brudzinski, Tonte, McGlynn, Marriggi, Hoover, Shupp. Mayor Moss is in attendance. With a quorum present, the meeting will continue. • Pledge to the flag. • Mayor Trina Moss appoints as the temporary secretary of the Reorganization Meeting. Mayor Moss asks for a nomination for President of Council. 1st Nomination 2nd Nomination The meeting is now turned over to the Council President. Motion for a nomination for Vice-President of Council. 1st Nomination 2nd Nomination Motion: • to appoint as Borough Manager/Treasurer. • to appoint as part-time Borough Secretary. • to appoint as Borough Solicitor. • to appoint as Borough Engineer. • to appoint as Borough Fire Chief. • to appoint as Assistant Borough Fire Chief. • that ____________________ be named as the Depository for Duryea Borough. • to appoint as the Building Inspector for Duryea Borough. • to accept the resignation of Tax Collector, Erin Rugletic.
