PM. Those present were Mayor Chris Younger, Alderpersons Ray Carroll, Richard Reed, Robert Johnson, Michael
Barron, Craig Blackburn, Tom Mikkelsen, and Jennifer Hughey. The City Attorney was not present.

Mayor Younger asked Mr. Fred Ivie to address the board. Mr. Ivie explained that he did not want to take his seat on the

his health concern. Board members expressed confidence in Mr. Ivie and confidence in their appointment of him to the
Board of Aldermen.
Following discussion with Mr. Ivie, the Mayor asked if there was objection to dispensing with Item 1 on the meeting
call. Hearing none, Item 1 was skipped.
Mayor Younger asked if there was objection to dispensing with Item 2 on the meeting call. Hearing no objection, Item 2
