Page 11 The City of Dyer Board of Mayor and Alderpersons met in a special called meeting on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 8:08 PM. Those present were Mayor Chris Younger, Alderpersons Michael Barron, Tom Mikkelsen, Craig Blackburn, Bett Jewell, Mike Needham, and Marty Graves. The City Attorney was not present. The purpose of the meeting was: 1. Adopt a Resolution Approving an LPRF Park Grant Application Motion made by Marty Graves, seconded by Tom Mikkelsen to adopt Resolution 2023-332, A Resolution Authorizing the Submission of a Local Parks and Recreation Fund (LPRF) Grant Application for the City of Dyer. Motion carried with all ayes. With no other business properly before the board, Motion made by Marty Graves, seconded by Mike Needham to adjourn. Motion carried with all ayes.
