City of Dyersburg Municipal-Regional Planning Commission Thursday, October 13,2022 Commission Members Present: Mayor John Holden, Tony Dement, Paul Newbill, Eddie Burks, Sherry Guthrie, Mark Oakes, James Baltimore Commission Members Absent: Brian Ramm Aldermen Present: Edward Burks, Vanedda Webb Other Staff Present: Thomas Mullins, Code Enforcement; Kevin Joslin, Code Enforcement; Dale Baker, Code Enforcement; Tim Ware, Storm Water Management; Brett Sipes, Fire Chief; Carmen Cupples, Collections Administration Others Present: Craig Barron, Barron Surveying & Mapping 1. Call to Order: The City of Dyersburg Municipal Regional Planning Commission convened for their meeting on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. 2. Approval of Minutes: Chairman Burks called the meeting to order and called for approval of the minutes from the September 8, 2022 meeting. Alderman Baltimore made a motion to approve the minutes and Tony Dement seconded the motion. All were in favor. 3. New Business: A. Mike Frazier Two Quadplex Site Plan Mayor John Holden made a motion to approve the Quadplex Site Plan and Tony Dement seconded the motion. All were in favor. Civils will need to be approved by engineering. Craig Barron agreed to relocate dumpster if necessary. B. Chick-fil-A Shared Parking Text Amendment Alderman James Baltimore made a motion to approve the Shared Parking Text Amendment and Mark Oakes seconded the motion. All were in favor.
