City of Dyersburg Municipal-Regional Planning Commission Thursday, November 10, 2022 Commission Members Present: Mayor John Holden, Paul Newbill, Brian Ramm, Eddie Burks, Sherry Guthrie, Mark Oakes, James Baltimore Commission Members Absent: Tony Dement Aldermen Present: Edward Burks Other Staff Present: Thomas Mullins, Code Enforcement; Tim Ware, Storm Water Manager; Will Radford, City Planner; Brett Sipes, Fire Chief; Carmen Cupples, Collections Manager Others Present: Rusty Norville, Civil Engineering Solutions 1. Call to Order: The City of Dyersburg Municipal Regional Planning Commission convened for their meeting on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at 10:00 am. Chairman Eddie Burks called the meeting to order. 2. Approval of Minutes: Chairman Eddie Burks call for the approval of the minutes from the October 13, 2022 meeting. Sherry Guthrie made a motion to approve the minutes and Brian Ramm seconded the motion. 3. New Business: A. Holy Angels Catholic Church Minor Subdivision Plot. Alderman James Baltimore made a motion to approve and Paul Newbill seconded the motion. All were in favor. B. Holy Angels Catholic Church Site Plan James Baltimore made a motion to approve the Site Plan and Brian Ramm seconded the motion. All were in favor.
