ORAL COMMENTS Robb Harter, 3031 160th St, Dyersville, inquired about the property to the west of the property he owns at 616 2nd Ave SE, which needs attention. Carolyn Wiezorek, 15941 Derby Grange Rd, Dubuque, introduced herself as a candidate for Iowa House District 65. She aims to learn more about the council's work and understand, at the state level, what impacts them. Amanda Rankins, 407 13th Ave SE, raised concerns regarding the comprehensive plan map that designates her private property as Park and Greenway, stating it was included without notice and could affect property rights, development, zoning, and resale value, and requested written clarification, disclosure of any related trail planning or grants, and removal of her parcel from the designation. She also asked whether the designation could impact permits or rezoning, raised a question about a potential underground storage tank on nearby City property, and requested follow-up on a previously noted budget overage in the 301 Capital Project Fund.
