EAGLE RIVER LIGHT & WATER COMMISSION
The monthly meeting of the Eagle River Light, Water, and WWTP Commission will be held on Tuesday,
November 15, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. at City Hall located at 525 East Maple Street to act on the following agenda:
1. Call to order.
2. Roll Call.
3. Approve agenda in any order.
4. Approve previous minutes.
5. Approve payment of the accounts payable bills.
6. Approve October listing of electronic payments/manual checks.
7. Discussion pertaining to:
A. Correspondence included in package:
Mike Sanborn’s operational report dated November 14, 2022.
Focus on Energy – YTD report through November 10, 2022.
Jesse Robert’s ESM report dated November 10, 2022.
B. Staff Reports:
Customer service report on WPPI/Energy Programs-verbal.
Financial activities updates, including recent financials & cash flow updates.
Operations report on departmental activities-verbal.
8. Discussion and Possible Action on the following Agenda Items:
A. Approval of the SEH Water Tower Maintenance Agreement Change Order for $5,775 to replace the
mud valve during the 2025 water tower reconditioning project.
B. Renegotiate the AT&T Lease Agreement for the use of the water tower property for their
communication equipment.
C. Approval to order 400 Honeywell water meter radio modules and related equipment for $34,944.
D. Approval to order Badger water meter equipment – 400 water meter tops and 150 water meters for
$43,000.
E. Approval to expand the Lineman scholarship to students of Three Lakes.
F. Approval to update the signature card on our main operating account to include Walt Gander and
remove Elizabeth Spencer.
9. Adjourn.
