Staff Reports:  Customer service report on WPPI/Energy Programs-verbal.  Financial activities updates, including recent financials & cash flow updates.  Operations report on departmental activities-verbal. 8. Discussion and Possible Action on the following Agenda Items: A. Approval of 2023 employment contract for Mike Sanborn/Utility Manager. B. Approval of wage increase for the Light & Water Employees. C. Review and approval of Electric Utility budget for 2023. D. Review and approval of Water Utility budget for 2023. E. Review and approval of Sewer Utility budget for 2023. F. Approval to purchase a 1,000-gallon double walled diesel fuel tank for $7,983.40 through Hicks Fuel and Oil. G. Approval to allow the fire department to use one of our 1-ton plow trucks for preparing the pond hockey site. 9. Adjourn.
