B. Staff Reports:  Customer service report on WPPI/Energy Programs-verbal.  Financial activities updates, including recent financials & cash flow updates.  Operations report on departmental activities-verbal. 8. Discussion and Possible Action on the following Agenda Items: A. Approval of the Private Well Ordinance change to recommend to the City Council for their approval. B. Approval to purchase a desktop computer for the Light & Water shop to replace an outdated one. 9. Adjourn.
