Call to order. 2. Roll Call. 3. Approve agenda in any order. 4. Approve previous minutes. 5. Approve payment of the accounts payable bills. 6. Approve July listing of electronic payments/manual checks. 7. Discussion pertaining to: A. Correspondence included in package: • Mike Sanborn’s operational report dated August 14, 2023. • MEUW 95th Anniversary Celebration – Day at the Capitol flyer. • Jesse Robert’s ESM report dated August 9, 2023. • Final decision on the water rate increase from the PSC of WI. B. Staff Reports: • Customer service report on WPPI/Energy Programs-verbal. • Financial activities updates, including recent financials & cash flow updates. • Operations report on departmental activities-verbal. 8. Discussion and Possible Action on the following Agenda Items: A. Approval to purchase raffle items for the Public Power Week give away not to exceed $1,500. B. Approval of a new postage machine lease with Quadient Leasing USA Inc. for 60 months at $69.17/month totaling $4,150.20. C. Approval of the contract from Municipal Well & Pump option 3 for $40,540.00 for their portion of the Well #3 rehab project. D. Approval of the following MSA Engineering contracts for the 2025 Spruce and Third Street reconstruction projects along with the sanitary sewer system lining project: 1) Design contract for $282,000. 2) Contract to apply for CDBG Grant - $13,000. 3) Contract to apply for the DNR Clean Water Grant and funding - $12,500. 4) Contract to apply for the DNR Safe Drinking Water Grant and funding - $12,500.  E. Approval of the cleaning/televising contract with Aquilas/Northern Pipe for 2024-2026, approx. $16,500/year. F. Approval of the Aquilas/Northern Pipe estimate for the sewer pipe repairs for $29,235.00. 9. Adjourn.
