Correspondence included in package: • Mike Sanborn’s operational report dated October 16, 2023. • Focus on Energy – YTD report through October 10, 2023. • Jesse Robert’s email update dated October 10, 2023. • Audited financial statements for year ended December 31,2022. • PSC data request with responses dated September 6, 2023 for pending electric rate case. B. Staff Reports: • Customer service report on WPPI/Energy Programs-verbal. • Financial activities updates, including recent financials & cash flow updates. • Operations report on departmental activities-verbal. 8. Discussion and Possible Action on the following Agenda Items: A. Approval of the Superior Electrical Systems estimate to upgrade the interior electrical components at Well #3 for $36,250.00. B. Approval to offer the WPPI Energy EV charger incentive program. C. Approval of a new 5-year water tower lease agreement with SonicNet. D. AT&T Water Tower Lease buyout.  9. Adjourn to Closed Session according to Wisconsin State Statute: a. 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. i. Employee succession planning. ii. Review of an employee’s duties and wage. 10. Return to open session to act on matters discussed in closed session if any action is needed. 11. Adjourn.
