COMMENTS
1. Glenda Smith – With the recent disaster of fire deaths, living here in East Orange, do we need to paint the back of
our doors with fire retardant Paint, and will someone explain the need for the proper appliance cord when using a
space heater.
2. Eriq Khalfani Alexander – When will the new master plan be completed? Are there any plans in 2022 to redevelop
Manufacturers Village and will there be an increase on residential property taxes in the year 2022 or 2023?
3. Courtne Thomas – Royal Property Management, LLC are using loopholes that create issues for residents at 275
Prospect Street, and then to fail to address the issues. For example, frequent water shut-offs with notice given after
the shut-off & failure to pay HOA.
